Is there another way for mentors to go through a module than going through the entire course?
No. While it may seem strange or tedious at first, the process of the mentor clicking through can be helpful. They will see exactly what the student sees. Additionally, the mentor only has to go through a section once. After that, they can revisit sections that they have previously viewed.
I found the face-to-face codes, but I don't see where you actually schedule these meetings.
These are meetings that you will schedule using your own Zoom or other video meeting app. Step 8 in theĀ Steps to Host a Class Article includes a Class Schedule Template that you can use to communicate the times that you schedule in Zoom. The Face-to-Face meetings do not happen within WIU.
I see the mentor resource link, but it contains dozens of files relating to all of Capstone.
There are a lot of Capstone files in the resources link, but there is an easy way to find the files you need for your module.
1) Under Items Per Page, change that number to All and then click Apply.

2) Ctrl+F on a PC and Command+F on a Mac lets you search a web page. Press the appropriate key combination (Ctrl-F or Command-F).
3) I think you are in Module 11 (Practicing Christian Leadership). If so, after bringing up the search bar in step 2, there are two different things you can type:
module-11 will find all of the Module 11 videos
module11 will find all of the other Module 11 files
All of the files start with a four-digit number, and all of the files for Capstone that are not module-specific can be found in the 2500 range.
I found a link marked "Assignments" but it said I was denied access.
Assignments that students submit can be accessed from the Assignments link shown in My Classes on your Dashboard:

If you still have trouble with this, please send me a screenshot of the page you are on right before you received the Access Denied message.
How will my student navigate, when it's not clear to me?
WIU is designed specifically to walk a student through a course, one step at a time. A student can't progress until they complete a section. It is a fully guided process for the student. They watch a video or take a quiz or do whatever else is specified on the page, and then they click the "Next" button. It is very linear for them. Once the student clicks Start, there are not a lot of decisions for them to make. The WIU interface combined with Step 8's Class Schedule (that you create ) should give them what they need to breeze through the course.
